Booth and Partners in Makati, Philippines, is seeking an Accounts Associate to join the finance team in an all-round role. You will manage end-to-end AP/AR, billing, enquiries, and cash collection, while supporting month-end and general accounting tasks.

Qualificações

• Experience across both accounts payable and accounts receivable (2+ years preferred).
• Experience managing high-volume accounts inbox enquiries.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid accounting knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong overall computer literacy.
• Experience with multi-entity environments and high-volume transactions is desirable.
• Hard-working, proactive, and reliable, with the ability to work independently in an offshore setup.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Positive, solutions-focused mindset with a collaborative, can-do attitude.

Responsabilidades

• 1. Accounts Payable: Manage end-to-end AP for assigned entities; post vendor invoices; process weekly payment batches; manage AP inbox; reconcile card transactions; perform daily bank reconciliations; prepare AP forecasts; assist procurement.
• 2. Accounts Receivable: Manage AR inbox and member enquiries; resolve invoice/payment issues; manage monthly billing cycle; handle high volumes of billing enquiries; maintain records; follow up on collections; track collection progress and risks; perform daily bank reconciliations.
• 3. General Accounts: Assist month-end close; prepare journals; maintain GL; assist with data migration and process improvements; provide broader finance support.
