Qualifications

• Requires accounting degree or diploma.
• 3+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software and principles.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, formulas).
• Basic knowledge of Canadian taxes (GST/HST/QST).
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Manage the AP mailbox, prioritizing and organizing daily tasks.
• Adhere to company SOPs and SLAs for accounts payable.
• Manage multiple invoice logs in the Invoice Solution system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure timely processing of invoices using FIFO method.
• Validate invoices after OCR and obtain approvals before payment.
• Perform three-way matching (3WM) accurately.
• Prepare KPI reports and assist with month-end tasks.
• Assist with annual audits and vendor inquiries within SLA.
