Qualifications

• Experience across both accounts payable and accounts receivable (2+ years preferred).
• Experience managing high-volume accounts inbox enquiries.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid accounting knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong overall computer literacy.
• Experience with multi-entity environments and high-volume transactions is desirable.
• Hard-working, proactive, and reliable, with the ability to work independently in an offshore setup.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Positive, solutions-focused mindset with a collaborative, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable: post vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Process weekly AP payment batches and reconcile statements.
• Manage and respond to AP email inbox.
• Reconcile credit/debit card transactions and daily bank reconciliations.
• Prepare AP forecasts and assist with procurement.
• Accounts Receivable: handle inquiries via email/phone with a member-first approach.
• Manage end-to-end monthly billing cycle (pre-billing, billing day, post-billing).
• Handle high volumes of billing inquiries, adjustments, and credits.
• Keep records of communications and collection activities; follow up on overdue balances.
• Track collection progress and key risks; perform daily bank reconciliations.
• General: assist month-end close and maintain general ledger; support data migration and process improvements.
