HireBooth in Manila is seeking a proactive Accounts Associate to join our finance team. You will manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable, support month-end close, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in AP and AR, 2+ years preferred.
• Experience handling high-volume emails/inquiries.
• Strong English communication skills.
• High accuracy and detail orientation.
• Ability to work independently in offshore setup.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable for assigned entities.
• Process weekly accounts payable payment batches.
• Respond to AP email inbox; reconcile card transactions; daily bank reconciliations.
• Manage AR inbox and member inquiries; handle billing cycles; follow up on outstanding balances; track collection progress; daily bank reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end close and general ledger; support system data migration and process improvements.
