You will manage vendor relationships, process invoices, and ensure timely, accurate payments while supporting the broader accounting function.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices with accurate data entry.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and receipts for accuracy.
• Manage vendor accounts and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare cheque payments, electronic transfers and other payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain organized vendor files and documentation.
• Process expense reports and reimbursements per policy.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing for accounts payable.
• Prepare AP reports and analytics as required.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
