IWG Plc is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate in the Philippines to ensure supplier invoices are accurate, complete and compliant from receipt to payment. You will coordinate with global process owners and vendors to obtain missing documentation and approvals, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payments.

You will meet KPIs for accuracy and timeliness, support vendor maintenance and expense processing, and assist auditors as needed in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in accounts payable in a blue‑chip multinational environment.
• At least 6 months of accounts payable or invoice processing experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Stable internet connection at home.
• Organised with ability to meet tight deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Process supplier invoices accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with global process owners and vendors to obtain missing documents.
• Ensure invoices are paid in accordance with scheduled payment runs.
• Respond to vendor queries regarding invoices and payments.
• Perform vendor statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end close and maintain AP records.
