Acquire Intelligence is a global outsourcer delivering contact center and back office services to international clients. This AP Officer role sits within our finance team in the Philippines. You will handle vendor invoices, reimbursements, and ensure three-way matching while maintaining policy adherence.

Qualifications

• AP experience of 1–2 years in finance or accounting.
• Proficient in Excel and data handling.
• Experience handling high invoice volumes.
• Experience with multinational clients.
• Ability to drive process improvements.
• Familiarity with Australian company financials is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements accurately and on time.
• Ensure transactions are fully documented and approved per policy.
• Perform three-way match of PO, goods receipt, and invoice.
• Support vendor statement reconciliations and resolve variances promptly.
• Address simple inquiries about account status and escalate as needed.
• Archive and retrieve documents supporting AP transactions.
• Adhere to policies and perform other duties as required.
