Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• SAP purchasing, materials management, and reconciliation knowledge.
• ReadSoft application and ARIBA Network familiarity.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Serve as SME for AP invoice processes including invoice dropping, verification, and posting.
• Analyze and process complex invoices from various regions within SLAs.
• Handle ARIBA Network and AP Mailbox submissions; resolve escalated issues.
• Provide process improvement feedback and support cross-region posting.
• Coordinate with local sites on posting-related issues and inquiries.
• Perform deep-dive analyses of escalated tasks and provide resolutions.
• Act as Tier 3 support for S2P Helpdesk tickets related to invoicing.
• Lead process improvements with AP Supervisor and teams.
• Generate operational reports and support KPIs.
