Job summary

2GO Group is seeking an AP Associate to drive accurate and timely financial operations including end-to-end invoice processing, vendor compliance, and correct WHT/VAT recognition in the Philippines. You will resolve invoice issues, flag master data discrepancies, and uphold policy compliance while supporting CI initiatives and internal audits.

As part of the Accounts Payable team, you will deliver operational insights through reporting and provide cross-functional support on ad hoc projects,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration.
• 1–3 years of Accounts Payable/Invoice Processing experience.
• Hands-on ERP experience with SAP and Oracle Fusion.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable invoice processing with timely turnaround.
• Validate invoices and ensure correct WHT and VAT recognition.
• Ensure correct financial data on invoices and resolve inconsistencies.
• Support audit engagements and documentation.
• Collaborate with CI team to optimize processes.
