Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Finance & Accounting Officer to join our Clark, Pampanga-based onsite team. You will manage bank transactions, reconcile daily cash activity, and oversee supplier ledgers with timely AP invoice processing and statements reconciliation.

You’ll also handle general ledger postings, payroll tax returns, BAS inputs, and coordinate imports of parts and assets while maintaining orderly records.

Qualifications

• Certificate level of Financial Accounting, relevant financial qualifications, or equivalent relatable experience.
• Strong IT skills with proficiency in accounting systems, spreadsheets, and reporting software.
• High level of data entry speed and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple detailed financial tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in communication to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage bank transactions and accurate recordings, ensuring the bank account is reconciled every working day.
• Oversee the supplier ledger, including the entry of AP invoices, preparation of payment files, and reconciliation of supplier statements within 48 hours of receipt.
• Process monthly general ledger transactions, monthly reconciliations, and corporate credit card expense journals.
• Prepare monthly payroll tax returns and assist with the preparation of monthly BAS returns.
• Coordinate the imports of spare parts and assets while maintaining physical and electronic files.
• Review monthly expenses against the budget and assist with the finalization of monthly financial results.
• Support operational tasks if required, such as answering calls, processing sales orders, and assisting with logistics coordination.
