Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring an Accounts Administration Officer to support AP/AR processes, ensure timely invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations from the Clark, Angeles, Pampanga area. You will help maintain supplier and customer relationships and ensure internal controls are followed.

You will collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Sales, and PMO to streamline processes and support QMS and OHSMS standards while upholding data integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in accounts payable/receivable or similar finance admin role.
• Strong understanding of core accounting principles and internal controls.
• Proficiency with financial software/ERP (MYOB, Ostendo or equivalent).
• Advanced to intermediate Excel skills for reconciliation and reporting.
• High numerical accuracy, detail-oriented, organized.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong ethics and strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day AP and AR operations including processing invoices, credit notes, reimbursements and customer billings.
• Verify purchase orders and documentation against policy before approving invoices or payments.
• Allocate incoming payments and post receipts with high accuracy in the ERP system.
• Monitor outstanding customer balances, prepare statements and manage debtors to minimize aged accounts.
• Perform monthly reconciliations for supplier and customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities including accruals and GL reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Sales, PMO to streamline processes and support QMS/OHSMS.
