Job summary

Cybalink Solutions is seeking an Accounts Officer to provide hands-on finance support to an Australian recruitment business, focusing on accounts receivable, billing, reconciliations, timesheets, payroll preparation and day-to-day finance administration. The role is full-time onsite in Arcovia, Pasig City (Mon–Fri, morning shift).

Candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and at least 3 years’ relevant experience, strong Excel & Outlook skills, Xero is a plus, and ideally

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
• 3+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounts receivable, payroll administration, or similar roles.
• Strong Excel and Outlook skills; Xero experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily banking support, remittance matching, Xero receipting, and bank reconciliations.
• Manage accounts receivable including invoicing, follow-ups, and debtor reconciliations.
• Prepare invoices, progress claims, quotes, and client billing submissions.
• Validate timesheets and payroll inputs, investigate discrepancies and perform pre-processing checks.
• Maintain accurate finance records, support month-end, trackers, and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily banking, remittance matching, Xero receipting, and bank reconciliations.
• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, overdue follow-ups, client queries, and debtor reconciliations.
• Prepare invoices, progress claims, quotes, and client billing submissions.
• Validate timesheets and payroll inputs, investigate discrepancies, and complete pre-processing checks.
• Maintain accurate finance, contractor, and workforce records, while supporting month-end, reconciliations, trackers, and reporting activities.
  

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, accounts receivable, payroll administration, or a similar role.
• Strong experience in high-volume reconciliations, receipt matching, financial record maintenance, and transactional processing.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and accounting/payroll systems; Xero experience is advantageous.
• Experience supporting Australian client, and recruitment or labour-hire businesses is highly regarded.
• Willing to work full-time onsite in Arcovia, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City, Monday to Friday, morning shift.
