Job summary

Cybalink Solutions, an Australian-owned outsourcing partner, is seeking an Accounts Officer to provide hands-on finance support in Pasig. The role focuses on accounts receivable, invoicing, reconciliations, payroll prep, and day-to-day finance administration.

You will work onsite in Arcovia, Pasig City, Monday–Friday, with a morning shift and a supportive, growth‑oriented culture. Applicants should have 3+ years in finance and proficiency with Excel/Outlook; Xero experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in finance, AR, payroll administration or similar.
• Experience with high-volume reconciliations and debtor reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and accounting/payroll systems; Xero is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support daily banking, remittance matching, Xero receipting, and bank reconciliations.
• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, overdue follow-ups, client queries, and debtor reconciliations.
• Prepare invoices, progress claims, quotes, and client billing submissions.
• Validate timesheets and payroll inputs, investigate discrepancies, and perform pre-processing checks.
• Maintain accurate finance, contractor, and workforce records, and support month-end, trackers, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, accounts receivable, payroll administration, or a similar role.
• Strong experience in high-volume reconciliations, receipt matching, financial record maintenance, and transactional processing.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and accounting/payroll systems; Xero experience is advantageous.
• Experience supporting Australian client, and recruitment or labour-hire businesses is highly regarded.
• Willing to work full-time onsite in Arcovia, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City, Monday to Friday, morning shift.
