Private Advertiser in Metro Manila is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage payable vouchers, monitor supplier balances, and ensure accurate recording of transactions and month-end close.

About the role

This role focuses on managing accounts payable operations, financial recording, reconciliation, and tax compliance to ensure accurate and timely financial processing.

Key responsibilities

• Process payable vouchers accurately and on time

• Monitor supplier payable balances and maintain individual supplier ledgers

• Ensure complete and accurate recording of financial transactions during month-end

• Prepare monthly reports on AP Aging, outstanding vendor payables, and employee advances

About you
