Robinsons Retail Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk responsible for timely processing of AR collections, reconciling bank statements, and applying invoices in the financial system. The role requires BS Accountancy, attention to detail, and willingness to work in Libis, Quezon City.

Candidate should have and/or be open to fresh graduates with at least 2 years of related experience. Knowledge of SAP or Financial System is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a BS Accountancy graduate.
• Open for fresh graduates.
• With at least 2 years experience & Up handling the same level position.
• Knowledge in Bank Reconciliation & Accounts Receivables is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP / Financial System is preferred.
• Strong organization and mathematical skills and attention to details are required.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Libis, Quezon City.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for timely processing of trade accounts receivable collections, including recording bank charges, withholding taxes and input tax.
• Monitors bank credit memos and credit advices against bank statements and SOAs.
• Encodes, applies invoices and validates deductions from collections in the financial system; encodes adjustments.
• Reviews and reconciles collections based on bank advices and related adjustments.
• Monitors and coordinates with banks for uncollected/unreconciled balances.
• Assists Credit Services Supervisor with related concerns.
• Monitors cash receipts prepared/issued/cancelled and safekeeping of un-used receipts.
• Handles monitoring and safekeeping of issued cash receipts
• Monitors accounts receivable balances via aging reports.
• Generates/reviews EWT/CCC input tax reports.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible in the timely processing collections of accounts receivable trade to include proper recording of related bank charges, withholding taxes and input tax.

• Conducts keen monitoring of bank credit memos and credit advices, checks or validates against daily bank fast access/SOAs.

• Encodes, applies invoices and validate related deductions from the collections received via Financial System and encodes related adjustments.

• Reviews and reconciles collections based on bank credit advices and approved related adjustments (wrong tenders, WHT recon).

• Monitors and coordinates with banks, other AR accounts for uncollected/unreconciled balances.

• Assists Credit Services Supervisor for any related concerns as required.

• Monitors cash receipts prepared/issued/cancelled,

• Handles monitoring and safekeeping of un-used cash receipts and issued cash receipts

• Monitors of Accounts receivable balances via aging report.

• Generates/Reviews EWT/CCC/Input tax reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:
