Job summary

Beepo, a Probe Group company with a Clark, Pampanga office, invites applications for a data entry and bookkeeping role. You will reconcile invoices, manage emails, and verify GST implications while updating MC and stock records to reflect accurate freight costs and in-transit statuses.

The position requires 2+ years in data entry and bookkeeping, with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with Xero or similar software. Teamwork and keen attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry and bookkeeping
• Experience handling supplier invoices, freight billing, and inventory tracking
• Familiarity with Xero or similar cloud accounting software
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets for validation and reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple tasks and learn new software quickly
• Team player who is hardworking and collaborative

Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of Invoices
• Email Management
• Verify whether amounts include or exclude GST and update records accordingly
• Update payment status in MotorCentral (MC) once vehicle payments are completed
• Data entry in MC to record freight costs and allocate costs correctly
• Enter vehicle records into MC and Stock List based on shipment notices
• Process MC-related supplier invoices with high accuracy to prevent duplicates
• Upload invoices to Xero via email submission function
• Record debit card receipts and transactions in MC
