Job summary

Beepo, a Probe Group company with AU payroll focus, is seeking an AU Senior Accountant to support payroll and admin across the business. Reporting to Directors, you’ll manage monthly payroll under Australian legislation, handle Xero bookkeeping, and support invoicing and month-end processes.

Based in the Philippines with Beepo’s Clark, Pampanga office, you’ll work with a dynamic team to ensure timely timesheets, payroll tax, PAYG, and HR administration.

Qualifications

• Experience with Australian payroll processes and statutory compliance.
• Proficient in Xero and bookkeeping.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll in accordance with Australian payroll legislation and company policies.
• Administer leave entitlements and ensure timely HR system updates.
• Prepare client invoices and support accounts receivable activities.
• Assist with end-of-month close, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Ensure payroll taxes and superannuation contributions are accurate.
• Produce monthly management and financial reports for leadership.
