Job summary

Beepo, a Probe Group company with a Clark, Pampanga presence, is seeking an AU Intermediate Accountant to support accounts management, financial reporting and compliance for a full-service outsourcing business. You will own AP/AR, drive monthly close, provide timely financial reports and assist leadership with performance analysis.

The role requires hands-on accounting experience, strong reconciliation skills and familiarity with cloud-based retail/ecommerce systems such as Shopify, CIN7 Core,

Qualifications

• CA qualified with post-qualification experience in a hands-on accounting role.
• Strong month-end close, reconciliation and general ledger skills.
• Experience with cloud-based Retail/Ecommerce systems such as Shopify, CIN7 Core, Xero and DEXT.
• Experience in retail, ecommerce or omni-channel business is a bonus.
• Awareness of BAS, PAYG, Payroll Tax, Superannuation and WorkCover compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the accounts inbox, including the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes and payments.
• Run the daily and weekly sales reporting and commentary.
• Own the month-end and year-end close process including balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare timely, accurate monthly financial reports and analysis, and help pull together performance reporting for leadership.
• Prepare compliance reporting including BAS, PAYG, Payroll Tax and WorkCover.
• Prepare data analysis to support commercial decisions.
