Job summary

COMMUNITY PROPERTY MANAGERS GROUP INC is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to manage disbursements, ensure timely processing of all operating expenses and CAPEX payments. You will verify documents, prepare vouchers, and monitor cash flow to support facility operations in Davao City.

Responsibilities include preparing journal and check vouchers, ensuring accuracy of receipts and 2307 forms, and coordinating with signatories while maintaining compliance with government remittances

Responsibilities

• Check the completeness of documents for the processing of payments
• Secure valid and signed updated contract / letter of extension / Purchase Order of all service contractors before payment processing
• Prepare Journal Voucher (JV) for reversal of accrual of expenses
• Prepare Check Vouchers (CV), Checks, and 2307 forms
• Provide Cash Flow Report to operation to ensure sufficient funding of check releasing
• Timely payment of BIR remittances, insurance and other government compliances (business permit, RPT, etc.)
• Ensure all Official Receipts / Acknowledgement Receipts, Sales Invoices, and 2307 Forms from suppliers/contractors are correctly filled out and complete
• Attend to tasks as Officer of the Day assigned in HO
• Updating of check signatories

10. 2.8 Waste Water Analysis
11. 2.9 Garbage Hauling Services
12. 2.10 Legal Retainer
