Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare checks for Operational Funds, MC, Petty Cash, Suppliers, Truckers, Utilities and Telecommunication.
• Prepare payroll vouchers.
• Prepare debit/credit notes for suppliers, intercompany and employees.
• Prepare payment for inter-company dues, payment for PHIC/SSS/HDMF Contribution & Loan, BIR, Expanded & Compensation and BIR-VAT.
• Prepare monthly schedule/reports & Adjustment of Accounts.
• Handles Accreditation/Enrollment of Suppliers/Employees in Accounting system.
