Job summary

SafeStep Philippines is seeking a Social Media Account Manager to coordinate with clients, oversee planning, content creation, and management of social media accounts, and collaborate with the creative team to meet campaign objectives.

You will prepare reports, assess campaign performance, and work with the Business Unit Head and Digital Marketing Strategist to execute plans and generate results, delivering weekly outputs and managing content plans with timely publishing and response handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success.
• Proficiency in MS Office and common CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

• Beavailable for contact during regular work hours via online and mobile.
• Participation in brainstorming sessions related to creative services and social content. More thorough performance monitoring and reporting in a time of crises or issues.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and common CRM software (such as Salesforce or HubSpot).
