Concentrix Experts Colombia S.A.S. in Makati City, Philippines seeks an Account Manager to oversee complex client accounts, renewals, expansions, and service conversions. The role focuses on driving revenue, ensuring customer satisfaction, and acting as the primary contact for client customers.

You will use data to address concerns, negotiate in challenging situations, and collaborate with multiple partners and decision-makers to meet monthly quotas.

• Serve as single contact for client customers and use data to address concerns.
• Navigate competitive pressures and handle objections with stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborate with partners and manage relationships with decision-makers across organizations.
• Manage sales territory and achieve monthly quotas, including negotiations.
• Identify risks and barriers, and develop contingency plans.
• Spot opportunities for additional product or service sales and influence renewals.

Account Manager

Job Description

The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing the management of complex client accounts and developing processes to ensure favorable relationships with clients, meeting their operational needs.

Responsible for managing the client's customers end-to-end, by renewing, expanding, and converting the service relationships our clients have with their existing customer base.

The Account Manager calls upon existing client customers to assess areas of opportunity, renew current service contracts, and convert customers to different services when applicable.

Ensure that client's customers are satisfied with our client's services and resolve escalated issues

Achieve revenue-based quotas based on successful management of client accounts and supporting processes to meet operational needs and growth goals

Evaluate our client's customer needs and propose potential solutions

Be a single contact for our client's customer

Use data to fix customer concerns/roadblocks prohibiting satisfaction

Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections

Work with multiple partners, building relationships with decision-makers at all levels

Manage sales territory and achieving monthly quotas

Negotiate in tough situations

Identify risk and barriers to success; develop contingency plans

Identify opportunities for additional product or service sales

Use data to help influence buying/renewal process

Work with a team and report directly to a Sales Manager
