Job summary

NEWCORE INDUSTRIES INTERNATIONAL, INC. is seeking a results-driven professional to lead business development efforts in Cebu City.

The role focuses on initiating client relationships, staying current with industry trends, and crafting detailed plans to grow client projects. You will collaborate with management to deliver timely client solutions, conduct periodic business reviews, and pursue new opportunities with both qualified and potential clients.

Qualifications

• College Degree (preferably in the field of Design/Engineering/Architecture)
• Strong executive presence
• Communication skill is a must
• A sound knowledge on construction market or industry e.g. demographics, key players, opportunities, etc.
• Willingness to travel (local and international)
