Job summary

Translead Philippines Inc. is expanding its Philippines subsidiary and is seeking an Account Executive to build and scale sales from ground up in a zero-to-one growth phase.

This role will focus on acquiring new local customers, managing end-to-end sales cycles, and collaborating with Customer Success to maximize customer value. Our fast-growing SaaS startup provides Translead CRM to transform sales teams and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in SaaS or IT services sales is preferred.
• Overseas work experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities with local companies in the Philippines.
• Generate sales opportunities through exhibitions, referrals, networking, and outbound sales activities.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, including: Prospecting, Customer needs analysis, Solution proposals, Negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to support customer satisfaction and expansion opportunities.
• Contribute to building sales strategies and processes for the Philippine market.
