Job summary

Nityo Infotech Services Philippines Inc. is seeking a Sales Leadership & Strategy Lead to guide an Inside Sales team toward revenue targets, drive new business, and align with Marketing and Operations across the organization.

You will coach and manage performance, set KPIs, and craft personalized growth plans while ensuring accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene in a fast-growing startup environment. Excellent English communication and startup experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Startup background preferred.
• Excellent English communication with ability to influence decisions.
• 5+ years in contact center (B2B/SaaS).
• 3+ years managerial experience.
• Strong coaching, goal-setting and performance management.
• Multitasking skills and proficiency with Google Suite.
• Experience scaling teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Leadership & Strategy; drive revenue targets.
• Generate new business; close deals; model best practices.
• Provide expertise in sales techniques and client engagement.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations for alignment.
• Manage, coach and motivate Inside Sales Representatives.
• Set KPIs, growth plans, and conduct performance reviews.
• Forecast, manage pipeline and ensure CRM accuracy.
• Deliver regular performance reports and insights.
