Job summary

High Scale is seeking a Sales Development Representative in the Philippines to drive high-volume outbound prospecting, qualify opportunities, and book meetings for the Account Executives. You will identify pain points and articulate value to CMOs and VPs of Marketing, fueling growth for high-ticket campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in sales or business development (SaaS or agency experience a plus).
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas.
• Excellent English communication with US-based executives.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting to fill the pipeline.
• Qualify and book meetings for Account Executives.
• Map strategic accounts and monitor buy signals for outreach.
• Track metrics (dials, open rates) and optimize through A/B testing.
