Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development
- Proven revenue-driven mindset with task ownership
- Demonstrable Zoho CRM proficiency and related admin tech
- AI fluency with examples of using automation to scale output
- High emotional intelligence and strong communication with senior leaders
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Outreach: build and execute high-volume outreach to secure new partnerships
- Lead intelligence & research: identify targets and prepare actionable reports
- CRM Mastery: manage Zoho CRM/Books, pipeline hygiene and data entry
- Strategic support to founders: act as right-hand in business development meetings
- AI-Driven productivity: leverage AI to automate lead sourcing and outreach
- Stakeholder liaison: coordinate partner demos and third-party relationships
- Market expansion: assist growth tasks to establish US market presence
