Job summary

PHILCOPY CORPORATION is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to drive business growth in Calamba, Laguna. You will sell the company’s product lines, conduct product demonstrations, and manage end-to-end sales processes from quotation to payment collection.

The role requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, and willingness to work in the field. Fresh graduates are welcome; computer proficiency (Windows/Ms Office) is required, and a BSBA or Mass Communication background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BSBA, Marketing or Mass Communication.
• Sales or marketing experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proficient in Windows/Ms Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to be trained and to perform field work.

Responsibilities

• Selling the company's range of products.
• Cold canvass all establishments in the territory, introduce and sell company’s product lines.
• Arranges and conducts demonstrations of the company's range of products;
• Prepares request for quotation, proposals and necessary documents;
• Closes sale and monitor collection/payments.
• Arranges delivery and installation of the equipment and training of the customer's end-user.
• Maintains rapport with clients even after sales to enhance harmonious business relationship.
• Attends to existing client's needs, requests, complaints, concern, etc.
• Prepare daily itineraries and sales activities report for Management.
• Participates in Sales Meetings, Sales Training Sessions and Exhibits as required.
• Study latest product information and market conditions;
• Continually update product knowledge;
• Continually study and improve Sales Techniques/Strategies;
• Maintain a professional image at all times by properly observing the sales SOP.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the manager.

• Attends to existing client's needs, requests, complaints, concern, etc. and be able to refer them to concerned personnel/department for immediate attention;
• Prepare daily itineraries and sales activities report for Management;
• Participates in Sales Meetings, Sales Training Sessions and Exhibits as required;
• Study latest product information and market conditions;
• Continually update product knowledge ;
• Continually study and improve Sales Techniques/Strategies;
• Maintain a professional image at all times by properly observing the sales SOP.

• Candidate must graduate of any course ; with BSBA, Marketing or Mass Communication course
