Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a 1st Line Support Engineer in Manila. You will provide frontline IT support, manage Office 365 and AD services, and assist in server administration across Windows and Mac environments.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in IT service desk operations.
• Proven experience in Office 365 administration, Active Directory management, and Microsoft Entra.
• Experience with server management and basic server troubleshooting.

• Willingness to work in a shifting schedule.

Your Role
