Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Incentive Analyst to support sales performance analysis, incentive calculations and scheme development for a leading financial institution. You will work closely with sales, finance and data teams to evaluate incentive effectiveness and enhance decision-making.

Responsibilities include calculating incentives, analysing performance, assisting with planning and cost analysis, and driving process improvements with UAT support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or a related quantitative discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales incentives or performance analysis within financial institutions preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of MS Access, SQL, VBA or Python is an advantage.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Calculate sales incentives and manage daily incentive operations.
• Analyse sales performance and provide actionable insights to management.
• Evaluate and support the design of sales incentive schemes and balanced scorecards.
• Assist with annual incentive planning, forecasting and cost analysis.
• Perform data validation, cleansing and analysis.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and maintain process documentation.
• Resolve sales incentive-related enquiries from internal stakeholders.
