Qualifikationen

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; MS Access, SQL, VBA or Python is an advantage.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

About the Role

Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Sales Incentive Analyst to support sales performance analysis, incentive calculations and scheme development. You will work closely with sales management, finance and data teams to evaluate incentive effectiveness, improve processes and support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Calculate sales incentives and manage daily incentive operations.
• Analyse sales performance and provide actionable insights to management.
• Evaluate and support the design of sales incentive schemes and balanced scorecards.
• Assist with annual incentive planning, forecasting and cost analysis.
• Perform data validation, cleansing and analysis.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and maintain process documentation.
• Resolve sales incentive-related enquiries from internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or a related quantitative discipline.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales incentives or performance analysis within financial institutions preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of MS Access, SQL, VBA or Python is an advantage.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
