• 5+ years of experience in incentive compensation, FP&A, or a similar analytical role.
• Advanced Excel and analytical modelling skills with proven experience interpreting pay plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end incentive and bonus calculations across units.
• Interpret pay plans and translate plan components into calculation models.
• Support month-end reporting, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
