Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst - Incentive Compensation to lead end-to-end incentive and bonus calculations across APAC units.

You will interpret pay plans, build scalable models, and ensure data integrity while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Payroll, and operations teams. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in incentive compensation or related analytic roles, plus advanced Excel skills and experience with Tableau or Power BI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Incentive Compensation, Business Analysis, FP&A, or similar analytical roles.
• Advanced Excel and analytical modelling skills; ability to interpret pay plans and translate them into models.
• Strong problem solving, attention to detail and timely communication with stakeholders.
• Experience with large datasets, data integrity, validation, and reconciliation.
• Ability to work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Payroll, and operations teams to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of incentive and bonus calculations across multiple units and countries in the APAC region.
• Translate pay plans into accurate, repeatable calculation models and maintain them for accuracy and scalability.
• Validate outputs before submission to Payroll and investigate compensation inquiries.
• Produce monthly/weekly reporting and perform variance analysis for incentive results.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and improve data integrity.
