• Ability to manage work independently and track deliverables
• 2+ years of customer-facing written communications with empathy and clarity
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data manipulation and pivot tables
• Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to understand complex processes and systems

• Perform root cause analysis on data issues and guide implementation of improvements
