Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst - Incentive Compensation to manage the end-to-end incentive process across multiple units and countries in the Asia Pacific region.

You will interpret pay plans, model calculations, validate outputs, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Payroll, and operations to drive accuracy and insights. The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and experience with Tableau/Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in Incentive Compensation, FP&A, or similar analytical roles.
• Advanced Excel and modelling skills with pay-plan interpretation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end incentive and bonus calculations across multiple units and regions.
• Interpret pay plans and translate requirements into calculation models.
• Maintain and enhance calculation models for accuracy and scalability.
• Validate outputs before submission to Payroll.
• Perform reconciliations and resolve compensation inquiries.
• Produce regular and ad hoc reporting for Sales, Marketing, Finance, and operations.
