Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Incentive Analyst to support sales performance analysis, incentive calculations and scheme development. You will collaborate with sales, finance and data teams to evaluate incentive effectiveness and inform business decisions.

The role involves calculating incentives, analysing performance data, and supporting annual planning and cost analysis within a regulated financial services context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales incentives or performance analysis preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; MS Access, SQL, VBA or Python is an advantage.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Calculate sales incentives and manage daily incentive operations.
• Analyse sales performance and provide actionable insights to management.
• Evaluate and support design of incentive schemes and balanced scorecards.
• Assist with annual incentive planning, forecasting and cost analysis.
• Perform data validation, cleansing and analysis.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Support UAT and maintain process documentation.
• Resolve incentive-related enquiries from internal stakeholders.
