Job summary

pimsgoc.com - Jobboard is seeking a field sales professional in the Philippines to drive demand for its medical product lines among doctors and allied professionals. The role involves engaging hospitals and clinics across nursery, pharmacy, OR, and delivery areas, and ensuring products are stocked by dispensing doctors.

The candidate will manage a defined territory to hit promotions and sales targets while complying with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales within the Philippines.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with doctors, nurses, pharmacists and hospital staff.

Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for creating demand for Client’s product lines through doctors, dentists and allied medical professionals (nurses, midwives, pharmacists and purchasers).
• Convince hospitals to use and purchase Client’s products in nursery, pharmacy, central supply room, operating room and delivery room.
• Encourage dispensing doctors to stock Client’s products and make them available in their clinics.
• Manage territory to achieve sales objectives within company policies/procedures, set budgets, and adhere to local regulations.

• Primarily responsible for creating the demand of Client’s product lines through doctors, dentists and members of the allied medical profession (nurses, midwives, pharmacists and purchasers) recommendations/endorsements.
• Likewise responsible for convincing the hospitals to use and purchase Client’s products in the nursery, pharmacy, central supply room, operating room and delivery room;
• Also responsible in convincing dispensing doctors to have stocks of Client’s products and make it available in their clinics;
• Responsible for the management of his/her territory to ensure attainment of specific objectives (promotions and sales) within company policies/procedures, set standards, approved budget, local, legal and regulatory restricts
