Job summary

Pimsgoc is seeking a driven field sales representative to promote and drive demand for its medical product lines among doctors, dentists and allied health professionals across designated territory. The role includes securing endorsements, recommendations and ensuring product adoption in clinics and hospitals.

The candidate will engage dispensing doctors, manage regional promotions, and work within company policies to meet sales targets and regulatory guidelines within the Philippines market.

Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for creating the demand of Client’s product lines through doctors, dentists and members of the allied medical profession (nurses, midwives, pharmacists and purchasers) recommendations/endorsements.
• Likewise responsible for convincing the hospitals to use and purchase Client’s products in the nursery, pharmacy, central supply room, operating room and delivery room;
• Also responsible in convincing dispensing doctors to have stocks of Client’s products and make it available in their clinics;
• Responsible for the management of his/her territory to ensure attainment of specific objectives (promotions and sales) within company policies/procedures, set standards, approved budget, local, legal and regulatory restricts
