Job summary

Pimsmarketing is seeking a field-based pharmaceutical sales professional to drive demand for our clients’ product lines among doctors, dentists and allied medical staff in the Negros Occidental region.

You will build hospital, clinic and dispensing doctor relationships, promote use in nursery, pharmacy, central supply, operating and delivery rooms, and manage your territory to meet promotional and sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Create demand for Client’s products through doctors, dentists, and allied medical staff such as nurses, midwives, pharmacists and purchasers.
• Convince hospitals to use and purchase Client’s products in nursery, pharmacy, central supply room, operating room and delivery room.
• Convince dispensing doctors to stock Client’s products in their clinics.

Job description

• Primarily responsible for creating the demand of Client’s product lines through doctors, dentists and members of the allied medical profession (nurses, midwives, pharmacists and purchasers) recommendations/endorsements.
• Likewise responsible for convincing the hospitals to use and purchase Client’s products in the nursery, pharmacy, central supply room, operating room and delivery room;
• Also responsible in convincing dispensing doctors to have stocks of Client’s products and make it available in their clinics;
• Responsible for the management of his/her territory to ensure attainment of specific objectives (promotions and sales) within company policies/procedures, set standards, approved budget, local, legal and regulatory restricts
