Job summary

Pimsmarketing is seeking a field sales professional to expand demand for its product lines among doctors, dentists and allied medical staff across targeted institutions in the designated territory.

The role emphasizes building relationships with hospitals and clinics, securing endorsements, and ensuring product availability in nurseries, pharmacies and operating environments. Strong territory management and policy compliance are required.

Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for creating the demand of Client’s product lines through doctors, dentists and allied medical professionals.
• Convince hospitals to use and purchase Client’s products in nursery, pharmacy, central supply, operating and delivery rooms.
• Convince dispensing doctors to stock Client’s products and keep them available in their clinics.
• Manage territory to meet promotions, sales objectives, budget and compliance within company policies.

Job description

• Primarily responsible for creating the demand of Client’s product lines through doctors, dentists and members of the allied medical profession (nurses, midwives, pharmacists and purchasers) recommendations/endorsements.
• Likewise responsible for convincing the hospitals to use and purchase Client’s products in the nursery, pharmacy, central supply room, operating room and delivery room;
• Also responsible in convincing dispensing doctors to have stocks of Client’s products and make it available in their clinics;
• Responsible for the management of his/her territory to ensure attainment of specific objectives (promotions and sales) within company policies/procedures, set standards, approved budget, local, legal and regulatory restricts
