Job summary

Pimsmarketing in Iloilo City, Philippines, seeks a field medical sales representative to drive demand for our client’s product lines among doctors, dentists, nurses, midwives, pharmacists, and purchasing staff. You will build professional relationships and promote recommendations that lead to sustained adoption across the region.

This role requires territory management, achievement of defined sales objectives, adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines, and proactive collaboration

Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for creating demand for Client’s product lines through doctors and allied medical professionals.
• Convince hospitals to use and purchase Client’s products in the nursery, pharmacy, central supply room, operating room and delivery room.
• Persuade dispensing doctors to stock Client’s products in their clinics.
• Manage territory to achieve promotions and sales targets within company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Job description

• Primarily responsible for creating the demand of Client’s product lines through doctors, dentists and members of the allied medical profession (nurses, midwives, pharmacists and purchasers) recommendations/endorsements.
• Likewise responsible for convincing the hospitals to use and purchase Client’s products in the nursery, pharmacy, central supply room, operating room and delivery room;
• Also responsible in convincing dispensing doctors to have stocks of Client’s products and make it available in their clinics;
• Responsible for the management of his/her territory to ensure attainment of specific objectives (promotions and sales) within company policies/procedures, set standards, approved budget, local, legal and regulatory restricts
