Job summary

Caldwell Communications is looking for customer service representatives to join our onsite team in Metro Manila. You will answer calls, provide important information, and assist clients to resolve inquiries and concerns.

We welcome candidates who have completed college or are high school graduates with BPO exposure. Strong English communication is required. Onsite work within 25–35 km is expected, with opportunities for growth and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• College completed or equivalent required.
• Strong English communication skills expected.
• Willing to work onsite within 25–35 km of Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Answers phone calls and provides information/assistance to clients.
• Checks mail, fax, and internet mail to provide customer assistance.
• Communicates with customers by phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
• Answers participant questions and clarifies information to ensure understanding.
