Job summary
A leading hospitality recruitment agency is seeking a candidate for a luxurious boutique resort in Oman, set to open in 2026. The ideal candidate has experience in high-end luxury properties and is fluent in English. They should excel in guest interaction, team management, and demonstrate a commitment to exceptional service. The role is exclusive to expatriates.

Responsibilities
- Manage operations and guest experiences at a luxury resort.
- Interact with high-profile guests and local team members.

Skills
Our Client is a 5* Ultra Luxury Boutique Resort, with approximately 60 keys, and a very unique concept. The resort is still in pre-opening phase, opening is scheduled for Q2/Q3 2026. This role will report directly to the Managing Director. This position is available for Expats only.
- High End Luxury Boutique Resort experience
- Strong luxury foundation in internationally branded properties (examples: Aman, Six Senses, Capella, Cheval Blanc, etc.)
- Experience managing multicultural teams
- Solid operator that is grounded and comfortable interacting with local team members at a line level up to management, as well as with high-profile guests
- Cognizant of the importance of relations with the local community, embracing their culture and finding common ground for success
- Strive for continuous improvement
- Highly interactive, people-friendly, sensitive to staff needs and a great team player
- Strong commitment to service delivery and attention to detail
- Actively involved in ensuring excellent guest experience and innovative in revenue generating efforts
- Well presented, sociable, strong entertaining and PR skills
- Drive to understand and relay the property vision
