Overview

Our Client is a 5* very high end International Chain Boutique Resort with 50+ Villas and several F&B outlets in Oman. This role will report directly to the Director Human Resources. Note that this superb resort is located in a magnificent, but remote location. This position is available for Expats only.

Profile / Qualifications
  • 5* & leisure resort experience
  • Island or remote location experience
  • Strong luxury foundation in internationally branded properties
  • Previous Assistant DOHR experience not a must, a current HR Manager would be considered
  • Strategic problem solver who is capable of leading change
  • Strong project management and time management skills
  • Assertive and has the courage to speak on critical issues
  • Familiar with organisation structure, HR policies & procedures, recruitment, training, performance appraisal, reward & recognition, legal issues, manpower rules & regulations, etc
  • Mature with positive behavior as a role model and good motivator
  • Strong organization skills, problem solving, communication & interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, leadership, innovative and result oriented
  • People friendly, sensitive to staff needs and a great team player
  • Must be able to handle difficult situations with tact and high diplomacy
  • Able to work under pressure and highly motivated
  • Energetic and great personality
  • Creative, dynamic, and innovative
  • Able to converse well in English both in writing and speaking
