• Review and provide contractual advice and, if necessary, commercial advice and assistance in relation to project claims and variations.
• Draft amendments to agreements, settlement agreements, etc.

Qualifications

• Degree in QS/Civil Engineering/Construction Management or equivalent with 10–15 years of experience, including at least 5 years of site-based experience.
• Familiar with FIDIC and other forms of contract.
