Job description
Overview

Our Client is a 5* Ultra Luxury Boutique Resort, with approximately 60 keys, and a very unique concept. The resort is still in pre-opening phase, opening is scheduled for Q2/Q3 2026. This role will report directly to the Managing Director. This position is available for Expats only.

Qualifications
  • High End Luxury Boutique Resort experience
  • Strong luxury foundation in internationally branded properties (examples: Aman, Six Senses, Capella, Cheval Blanc, etc.)
  • Experience managing multicultural teams
  • Solid operator that is grounded and comfortable interacting with local team members at a line level up to management, as well as with high-profile guests
  • Cognizant of the importance of relations with the local community, embracing their culture and finding common ground for success
  • Strive for continuous improvement
  • Highly interactive, people-friendly, sensitive to staff needs and a great team player
  • Strong commitment to service delivery and attention to detail
  • Actively involved in ensuring excellent guest experience and innovative in revenue generating efforts
  • Well presented, sociable, strong entertaining and PR skills
