Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor 's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Experience in electrical product sales, counter sales, or similar customer-facing roles preferred.
• Understanding of electrical materials, components, specifications, and customer applications.
• Comfort with preparing quotations, invoices, and sales orders.

Responsibilities

• Welcome walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable electrical products.
• Explain specifications and applications of switchgear, cables, lighting products, wiring accessories, breakers, and related electrical materials.
• Prepare customer quotations, invoices, sales orders, and supporting transaction documents accurately.
• Process cash and credit sales while maintaining complete and reliable records.
• Promote available products and identify opportunities to increase counter sales and meet targets.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to confirm stock availability and order readiness.
• Handle product returns, exchanges, and warranty-related requests per procedures.
• Use billing software or ERP systems to record sales activity and order details.
• Communicate product availability, pricing, and order status clearly to customers.
• Provide sales updates and relevant transaction information to management when required.
• Maintain an organized sales counter and keep product information readily available.

Key Responsibilities

Ideal Profile

• Diploma or Bachelor 's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Previous experience in electrical product sales, counter sales, trading, or a similar customer‑facing position is preferred.
• Practical understanding of electrical materials, components, specifications, and common customer applications.
• Comfortable preparing quotations, invoices, and sales orders.
• Experience using ERPNext, Tally, billing software, or comparable ERP systems is an advantage.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers in English and Arabic.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to recommend products while maintaining accurate transaction handling.
• Capable of coordinating between customers, sales operations, and warehouse teams in a fast‑moving environment.
