Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders accurately using the approved billing or ERP system.
• Process cash and credit transactions while maintaining complete and reliable sales records.
• Check inventory availability and coordinate with warehouse personnel before confirming customer orders.
• Recommend alternative or complementary products when requested items are unavailable or when additional solutions are suitable.
• Follow up on quotations, pending orders, and customer enquiries to support sales conversion.
• Handle product returns, exchanges, and warranty requests according to company procedures.
• Maintain positive relationships with repeat customers and provide responsive after-sales support.
• Update billing, transaction, customer, and product information within the relevant system.
• Support achievement of sales targets through product promotion and effective customer engagement.
• Communicate stock shortages, recurring customer requirements, and sales trends to the responsible manager.
• Negotiate practical sales solutions within approved pricing and commercial guidelines when required.

Ideal Profile

• Diploma or Bachelor 's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Previous experience in electrical sales, counter sales, or electrical product trading is preferred.
• Good working knowledge of electrical materials and commonly used components.
• Familiarity with switchgear, cables, lighting products, wiring accessories, and circuit breakers.
