Job summary

Al Naba Al Nabaa Services Company LLC in Oman is seeking an experienced recruiter to develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, screen applicants, and guide candidates through interviews to ensure a strong cultural and technical fit.

The role covers end‑to‑end recruitment, collaboration with hiring managers, offers, onboarding, and compliance with Oman Labor Law. A Bachelor's in HR or related field and 2–8 years in recruitment are preferred, with certifications considered an asset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2–8 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in Facility Management, Construction & Catering industries.
• Certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are strong assets.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening CVs based on job descriptions, competency requirements and GCC experience.
• Conducting initial HR interviews to evaluate technical skills, communication and cultural fit.
• Managing the full recruitment process from posting to onboarding to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and tailor recruitment efforts.

Job description

Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.

Candidate Sourcing & Screening

• Screen CVs based on job descriptions, competency requirements and GCC experience
• Conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate technical skills, communication and cultural fit
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit
• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify specific hiring needs and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly

Offer Management & Hiring Documentation

• Prepare offer letters, contracts and salary structures as per company policy
• Ensure compliance with Oman Labor Law and company HR procedures

Onboarding & Induction

• Manage onboarding activities including orientation, documentation and policy briefing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 2‑8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within Facility Management, Construction & Catering industries desired.
• Relevant certifications such as PHR, SHRM‑CP, or equivalent are considered a strong asset.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software to streamline recruitment processes.
