Candidate Requirements

• Nationality: Omani National


• Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources management


• Specialized Expertise: Proven track record in developing HR strategies and formulating, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures


• Professional Certifications: CIPD certification (or equivalent) is strongly preferred


• Industry Experience: Background in the Retail sector is highly preferred


• Omani Candidates preferred
